According to the iFANN Global Fame Rankings, he is currently the 16th most famous person from India, holding steady from the previous cycle. His influence extends across the region, where he ranks the 72nd most famous person in South Asia, also unchanged. Within his industry, he is the 16th most famous person in Tech, a position he maintains from the last assessment. These rankings reflect a fame that transcends national borders.

Despite this towering public profile, Pichai's fanbase is a quiet one. There is no formal fandom name, no organized fan clubs, and no fan-run campaigns or rituals dedicated to him. Instead, his 'fans' are the millions who follow his corporate announcements and product launches. His social media presence is substantial, around 5 million followers on LinkedIn and 6 million on Instagram, where his bio reads 'Dad, Barça/football, Cricket/IPL, CEO @Google and Alphabet', but it's a one-way stream of company news rather than a dialogue with a self-identified community. He is respected and admired, but the devotion is that of shareholders and tech enthusiasts, not of a pop-culture fanbase. In essence, Pichai's fame is built on his role as a steward of one of the world's most influential companies, not on the kind of personal mythology that spawns fandoms.[แก้ไข]
