Nick Shirley sues California over Stop Nick Shirley Act

The Stop Nick Shirley Act is now law in California, and Nick Shirley's hitting back with a lawsuit against the state. He says the whole thing's designed to punish people who call out fraud at immigrant centers, which is exactly why he's calling it a First Amendment violation. The way he tells it, this is about shutting down questions on where tax money goes, and they can slap a demand on you to kill a video or face a $4,000 fine. "This bill violates the 1st Amendment." And he's not backing down: "It's time for we the people to do something...now they want to prevent people like ME from searching for the truth about where our tax dollars are going! They will be able to give me a demand saying I CANNOT publish the video or get a $4,000 fine!" Millions are riding with him on this. Courts need to wipe it out completely.
