    Miley Cyrus set the record straight about Nick Jonas, confirming he was never her first male partner. Her actual debut with a guy happened at 16 with the person she eventually married, but she didn't tell him that truth for ten years. To avoid looking inexperienced or like a loser back then, she invented a fake story about an acquaintance she knew from age 16 because her mind went blank when asked. That lie stuck until they were both around 24, forcing her to admit she had been deceiving him since their early days together. The situation got even weirder later when the friend of the person she made up ended up marrying that very same acquaintance.

Oh yeah. Then I was like, no reason to like dig old bones up. But then you're like, okay, this is directly affecting our lives. So I'll tell you. Yeah. Um, yeah. That was so weird. Directly affected my life. How the fuck did this happen? It's so weird. That's why I think that everything's pre-programmed in this world. It's supposed to happen.
