Ok Marsengo, the goalkeeper, struck teammate Domínguez in the face with his knee during an incident in Paraguay. Domínguez plays for Club Recoleta and the impact caused a facial injury plus a septum fracture along with a severe concussion. He was transported to a hospital following the injury.
