Karpathy's second brain method

Andrej Karpathy’s system relies on Obsidian to hold the vault while Claude reads and links every source you add. The setup is minimal: three folders and one file. Month one feels stagnant. You drop in a few articles, but it seems like nothing is happening. By month three, you ask a question and Claude answers using sources you forgot you saved. At month six, one new idea pulls in twenty old ones you would have never connected yourself. This illustrates the difference between a notes app and a second brain.
