Oh god, 10k done. I've been putting that off all week. I missed my intervals this week because I was filming and I just was exhausted. So I just went and made sure I did my long run that I was meant to do yesterday. Today, I'm going to make sure I really don't miss my runs this week, especially my 19k that I've got to do at the weekend. But we did it, 58 eight minutes, nice and slow. I'm actually learning how to run at a slow pace, which is really hard for me, because I just like to get everywhere quick. But we've done it. It's now time to have some tea and chill out for the evening.
