    Mental Health myth you wish more people would let go of

    For me, it's the idea that if you're functional and have a good job or friends, you can't possibly be struggling. I've met so many people who hide their worst days behind a smile and a packed schedule, and it just makes it harder for anyone to admit they need help. What's the one that bugs you the most?
