A $4 million diamond necklace vanished from Vienna's Museum of Applied Arts, also known as MAK, during broad daylight. The two suspects entered by buying standard tickets and blending in with the crowd before one pulled a gun while the other struck the armored display case roughly 41 times with a hammer. What was taken is a Van Cleef & Arpels piece weighing 200 carats and holding 673 diamonds.
