Mark Allen Windham, a 46-year-old from Florida, got arrested after allegedly dumping meth into a 1-year-old's sippy cup. The kid drank it, took a possible overdose, and had to get rushed to the hospital real quick. Cops even found a bag of meth sitting at the bottom of that cup. durk
