MJF told Richard Deitsch that the idea of WWE being afraid of AEW usurping them is a little bit ridiculous. When asked if it's funny that they are running a show in Chicago at the exact same time as AEW, he said yeah, a little fucking funny. He admitted it makes sense as a business tactic and he understands why they do it. He isn't mad about the scheduling strategy itself. However, he stated clearly that the last thing WWE should do is spit in his face and tell him it's raining.
