The list shows India at 3%, Indonesia at 6%, Nigeria at 9%, Brazil at 13%, Mexico at 21%, South Africa at 23%, Kenya at 28%, and Argentina at 37%. Moving higher, Japan is 65%, Poland 66%, the U.S. 76%, Greece 79%, South Korea 77%, Hungary 83%, Spain 84%, Italy 86%, Israel 87%, and Australia 88%. France sits at 90%, Canada at 92%, the UK at 94%, Germany at 95%, while both the Netherlands and Sweden reach 99%.
