Unifying Large Language Models and Knowledge Graphs

Claude and other Large Language Models keep inventing facts because the system has nowhere to store a specific truth. Knowledge gets smeared across billions of weights instead of sitting in an addressable spot. Adding more parameters won't fix that structural flaw. An IEEE survey figure backs this up, showing why Knowledge Graphs offer a different path than just scaling LLMs.
