Caruzo Bosphorus anti-drone

Passing through the Bosphorus, the Russian tanker Caruzo was spotted rigged with improvised anti-drone shields. It's a Suezmax crude carrier, 28 years old, built in 1998, roughly 146,600 tonnes deadweight and 274 metres long. The ship flies the flag of Sierra Leone. Several governments have sanctioned it, including the UK, EU, Canada, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, and Ukraine, over hauling Russian-origin crude and shady fleet behavior like AIS manipulation. Washington has not blacklisted it.
