Zinedine Zidane's first match as France manager is set for October 2nd against Italy, and it's already a phenomenon,80,000 tickets gone in under 24 hours. He's on a four-year deal with the 2030 World Cup as the target. Facing Italy adds a wild layer: it's the same opponent from his final game as a player, the 2006 World Cup final where he was sent off for that headbutt on Materazzi. Zidane himself said, "Italy is special, because I played there and I speak Italian." #ZinedineZidane #MarcoMaterazzi
