The United States tops the list with €115.4 billion, followed by the European Union (€84.4 billion) and Germany (€25.3 billion). The United Kingdom contributed €20.1 billion, while other countries collectively provided €16.2 billion. Canada and Japan donated €14.0 billion and €11.1 billion, respectively.
