The population then expanded to approximately 680,000 in 2015 and 700,000 in 2016. In 2017 the number reached about 730,000. It grew to around 760,000 in 2018, 800,000 in 2019, and then dipped slightly to 780,000 in 2020. Recovery followed with roughly 810,000 in 2021.
