Russia's Medvedev says Ukraine is now commonly referred to as Country 404. He claims half of its population has disappeared and 20% of the territories have fallen into Russia's hands. Medvedev stated he is sure more and more territories will be returned to Russia, adding that the Russian army constantly confirms this.
